1. Manilva, Costa del Sol – €390,000

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment forms part of Grand Bay, a new development in the Bahía de las Rocas area between Punta Paloma and Chullera. The stretch of coastline here is known for its traditional beach bars and quiet beaches, and the development itself includes a shared pool, fitness lounge and garden areas. It also comes with underground parking, EV charging pre-installation, a storeroom and air conditioning throughout.

2. Alcala, Tenerife – €199,500

Two-bedroom apartment in a peaceful fishing village

The most affordable property on this list, this two-bedroom apartment sits a short walk from one of southern Tenerife’s seafront promenades in the fishing village of Alcalá. The area is known for its quiet volcanic-sand beaches, natural coves and traditional Canarian restaurants. Inside, the apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and a comfortable lounge and dining area, with an internal patio adding extra light and flexible space. A parking space is included in the sale.

3. Torrelamata, Costa Blanca – €305,000

Newly-built two-bedroom apartment with sea views

Part of a new gated development in Torrevieja, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is 700 metres from La Mata beach. The apartment has a private terrace with sea views, and residents share cascading pools and landscaped gardens across the southeast-facing development. Alicante airport is 40 minutes away, with the Villamartín, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas golf courses within 20 kilometres, along with the Torremarina shopping centre.

4. Playa Paraiso, Tenerife – €475,000

Fully furnished two-bedroom apartment near the sea

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment sits within a luxury residential complex in Playa Paraíso, 200 metres from the ocean and ten minutes from Adeje, Las Américas and Los Cristianos. The complex has three swimming pools, along with a social club and 24-hour security. Inside, the apartment has an American-style kitchen, a private terrace, air conditioning and a laundry area. It’s sold fully furnished, with the price including a basement garage space.

5. Sant Elm, Mallorca – €890,000

Three-bedroom apartment a short walk from a beach cove

The highest-priced property here, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is part of a development of 20 apartments in San Telmo on Mallorca’s southwest coast, 100 metres from the nearest beach cove. It’s the last ground-floor unit available, with a large terrace, porch and private garden, plus access to two communal pools including one for children. The specification includes porcelain flooring throughout, a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, underfloor heating and a ground-level parking space.

6. Los Cristianos, Tenerife – €399,500

One-bedroom apartment a minute’s walk from the beach

This frontline apartment is in the sought-after Comodoro complex, one minute’s walk from the beach, promenade and local amenities. It has one bedroom with fitted wardrobes, one bathroom and an open-plan American-style kitchen leading into the lounge and dining area. Patio doors open onto a private terrace with sea and mountain views. The complex has a newly renovated communal pool and parking.
