The narrow plot presented some interesting challenges. To maximize the views, airflow and quality for most of the units, an angled floor plan split between two buildings was implemented. Internal garden spaces glue the ground floor together in one continuous tropical pad for circulation and amenities. A generous open space was planned to host the amenities such as a 27 meter swimming pool, a roomy 12 person jacuzzi, a gazebo for member’s activities and a gym. All of this surrounded by a beautiful lush garden that provides coziness and shade. Located in the heart of Kite Beach and only a few minutes away from Cabarete Bay, offering a dynamic lifestyle brimming with exhilarating water sports, culinary delights, and charming local shops.
