*Your Overseas Home survey prize draw – terms and conditions

Promoter

The prize draw is organised by Your Overseas Home (Overseas Guides Company Limited), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 05586029), with its registered office at 9th Floor, 1 Lyric Square, London, Greater London, England, W6 0NB.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents aged 18 or over who receive the survey invitation and complete the Your Overseas Home Annual Buyer Survey 2026.

Employees of Your Overseas Home, Smart Currency Exchange, their immediate families, agents and partners of Your Overseas Home, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

To take part, complete and submit the Your Overseas Home Annual Buyer Survey 2026 via the survey link provided in the invitation email.

Only one completed survey per person will be entered into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary.

Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, generated by bots or clearly spam will not be accepted.

Opening and closing dates

Entries open when the survey is launched on [launch date to insert] and close at 11:59pm (UK time) on [survey closing date to insert].

Entries received after this time will not be entered into the prize draw.

The prizes

There are four prizes in total:

1 × voucher worth £250

2 × vouchers worth £100 each

1 × voucher worth £50

Vouchers will be issued in the winner’s local currency (for example, pounds, euros or US dollars) at an equivalent value.

Each winner can choose from options such as an Amazon voucher, an Uber voucher, an M&S voucher, a flight voucher, or a similar local option, subject to availability.

The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered, except that Your Overseas Home may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prize draw date, winner selection and notification

The prize draw will take place on Monday 31 August 2026.

Four winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

Winners will be contacted by email using the contact details held on their Your Overseas Home record within 14 days of the draw.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, or if they are found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected at random.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Announcement and publicity

Winners’ first names and broad location (for example, “Sarah from Bristol” or “James from Canada”) may be shared in anonymised form in Your Overseas Home communications, including social media posts, to announce that the prize draw has taken place.

No further personal details will be shared without the winner’s consent.

Data protection

Personal information supplied as part of this promotion will be used only for the purpose of administering the survey and prize draw, in line with UK data protection laws and the Your Overseas Home Privacy Policy.

Survey responses may be analysed and reported in aggregate, but individual responses will not be published in a way that identifies you.

General

The promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Amazon, Uber, M&S, any airline, or any social media platform.
