Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you get in touch.
How large is the YOH audience?
As at 4 September 2026, YOH holds more than 100,000 identifiable profiles, with more than 22,000 new profiles added in the previous 12 months. Profiles are deduplicated using available client IDs. The figure is not a count of subscribers, marketable contacts or confirmed buyers.
Can campaigns target specific countries or regions?
Where the data allows, yes. We can draw on destination interest across our six principal European destinations and, where recorded, region. Targeting fields depend on data availability and consent, and not every profile has every data point.
How do you assess buyer intent?
We prioritise observed buying activity over passive engagement. A confirmed viewing trip says far more than opening an email. Declared budgets, timescales and target dates add context, where buyers have shared them.
What advertising opportunities are available?
There are six: qualified introductions, segmented content campaigns, webinars and virtual events, always-on journeys, regional or market campaigns and audience insight projects. Availability, targeting and format are confirmed with our partnerships team for each campaign.
Can I reach buyers planning viewing trips?
Viewing-trip plans are one of the signals we can hold, where buyers have shared them. Whether a campaign can use them depends on data availability and consent, so ask our partnerships team what is possible for your market.
How are campaigns measured?
We agree the measures that matter with each partner. Examples include qualified contact rate, appointment rate, enquiry quality and opportunity progression. These are proposed KPIs and reporting capabilities, not historical results.
Can I request exclusive arrangements?
No opportunity on this page implies exclusivity. If it matters for your market, raise it with our partnerships team, as availability depends on existing commercial arrangements.
Does every audience profile have permission to receive marketing?
No. Our audience figures count identifiable profiles, not marketable contacts. Which profiles a campaign can reach depends on data availability and consent.
