Simon has been working in the financial services industry for over 25 years; first as a mortgage advisor at Halifax Bank for 15 years in London, then as a regulated financial advisor for three years at the Lloyds banking group and finally an independent mortgage broker for one of the UK’s largest mortgage networks Mortgage Advice Bureau. He holds a full Cemap, Cefa and Diploma in Financial Advice, as well as the Mortgage LCCI accredited qualification in Spain. He has been living in Spain since 2018, relocating from the UK to Denia on the Northern Costa Blanca.
