Outside of course we have the pool and sun terrace. The pool is in the sun all day and the large sunbathing terrace has plenty of space for a pergola or gazebo and plenty of space at the rear of the property for shaded areas as well as storage spaces. There is off road parking for several cars.
Above the villa you will find a huge rooftop solarium which wraps around the villa and this is a perfect entertaining spot, al-fresco dining or simply escaping up to watch the sunrise, sunset or view the countryside from.

This is a great, easy to maintain villa....close to the town of Aspe with many supermarkets, restaurants, very pretty historic centre and also only 25 minutes from the coast, Alicante city and the airport. The city of Elche is 15 minutes drive and the best beach at El Pinet is just 25 minutes away.
