We are in Predazzo, a ski area, camping, hiking and all those activities that we associate with the Alpine mountain in a perfect combination of accessibility to services and a right dose of wild and free nature. Spring is coming, but despite the beautiful weather, the sun has not completely melted the abundant snowstorms and some children play in the park near the forest.

It is cold and the sun is a real relief; a grandmother calls the lunch group: today you can eat three-hole mushrooms, squeeze in the sauce and Polenta di Storo with a dusting of Grana that reminds us of the peaks that surround us. In a building with the Habsburg references it is hidden, in the warmth, our comfortable apartment.

The difference is enough to make the glasses fade and, it will be the bouquet of flowers in the dining room, the smell of clean linen cotton, the sound of their steps on the parquet and the soft carpets, but it really seems to be at home. And there is nothing wrong, indeed, but this welcome does not come to form purely by chance.

We look at the furnishings, the attention to detail and the love and passion with which a family has shaped, a reality that heads straight to the heart. We are on the second floor and entering, there is a hallway that connects to the corridor. From here you can connect to the two bedrooms, one double and one double overlooking the mountains.

The daytime area consists of a particularly bright living room kitchen with a balcony with a view. Here it is really good, also to accommodate a dinner and play table games, the comfortable little balcony with the directly attached lookout is particularly convenient in this part of the house. Walking to the sleeping area there is a bathroom with window and equipped with shower, with ceramic walls and tiles in the blue tones, while continuing we find the double bedroom, perfect for the Latvian, two comfortables and a couple's wardrobe and another bedroom, this time double, perfect for guests and children.

The offer is particularly interesting both from a residential and economic point of view for the profitability of the area, known above all for the ski slopes, a future Olympic home, but also thanks to the other mountain activities. Whether it is for themselves or for others, we have an apartment in excellent condition, complete with garage, with a beautiful view of the mountains, the firs and without other too close houses that could overlay ours and all a stone's throw from the ski slopes in the heart of the village of Predazzo. In other words, a perfect opportunity to enjoy the nature and comfort of a well-developed center full of services, rooms and activities to be done.
