The Villa is less than 30 mins drive from the bustling capital of Palermo. The entrance to the two storey 160 m2 villa is via a porch where there is the main entrance. The ground floor consists of a large living / dining room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower and another spare room. The staircase leads to the upper floor consisting of three bedrooms and a bathroom.
