House in Vila Nova de Gaia (Santa Marinha)

Casas Alma were designed based on the courtyard concept. The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open space with a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, and on the -1 floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, plus a full bathroom, both with direct (or visual) access to the courtyard.
