Apartment in Ferrara
Ferrara, Ferrara
Eh Sandra - I'm Gennaro, as soon as I found out I immediately thought of you! The second-floor apartment, right below mine, has opened up, and look... it's a gem. No, really, it's not the usual house that you have to do everything again. Here you enter, put your bags, and live. Everything ready, arranged, well furnished. A rare thing, believe me. It is a three-room apartment with two balconies, one overlooking the internal courtyard – quiet and peaceful – and one outside. They completely renovated it in 2014, but I swear it looks like it was made yesterday: parquet everywhere, wooden and aluminum frames with triple glazing, mosquito nets already integrated. And then the systems –electric, hydraulic and air conditioning – are certified, made by professionals. Now, I know you'll tell me: “Gennà, but is there an elevator?” Oh no, it's not there, but they have already provided for the possibility of using a stairlift, paying the fee and it should never be needed. And anyway, it's just two ramps, nothing tragic. Then listen carefully: the apartment is fully furnished with serious stuff. The kitchen is a jewel, with a steel top, Foster burners, Liebherr fridge, NEF oven with retractable door, wine cellar, NEF dishwasher. It's not market stuff, eh. The sleeping area is also equipped: double bed with Flou container, built-in wardrobes with sliding doors and chests of drawers. The living room has a Flexform corner sofa and a custom-equipped wall. The bathroom? Elegant, with Corian furniture and chests of drawers. The utilities are autonomous, so you don't find any unpleasant surprises. Condominium fees are low –80 euros per month – and cover stair cleaning, insurance, administrator, electricity... all in order. And then Maria, you know: Via Boccaccio is a beautiful, served area, five minutes from the Palazzo dei Diamanti. You have schools, universities, supermarkets, buses, everything at your fingertips. And it's a quiet neighborhood, where you live well. For a young couple, or even for you if you are looking for a comfortable and ready place, it is perfect. Look, if you don't take it, it'll be gone in a week. I told you!
Villa in Piazza Armerina
Piazza Armerina, Enna
"Honey, you can't imagine how wonderful this is!" My mother's voice is full of excitement, clear and alive on the other end of the phone. "We arrived in Sicily this morning and now we are at Alessandra's house, on the hills that embrace Piazza Armerina. My love... I have no words. She lives in a villa that seems to have come out of a daydream! It is immersed in a sea of olive trees, which move slowly with the wind as if they were whispering ancient stories. The landscape is a continuous wonder: gentle hills that chase each other to the horizon, the intense scent of wild rosemary that mixes with the warm air, and that light... oh, that golden light that here in Sicily seems to bless everything. On the clearest days, Alessandra told me that you can even see Etna, far away, but majestic. The villa sits on a slightly sloping terrain, surrounded by silence and nature. When I saw it for the first time, I felt like I was entering a painting: an elegant but sincere house, welcoming like a hug. On the ground floor there is a splendid covered patio, with wooden beams and a barbecue area that smells already of summer evenings, laughter and good wine. The kitchen, large and bright, is a little gem with windows wide open on the olive trees, every detail chosen with care. Next to it there is an intimate living room, furnished with simple but refined taste, the relaxation area with a large fireplace, a comfortable bathroom and Alessandra's bedroom overlooking the garden. Going up one level - even if, given the slope of the land, it still seems like the ground floor - another living room opens up, with a large terrace overlooking the valley. It is my favorite corner: the sun comes in from every side and seems to caress your skin. Here there is a delightful guest room, where I will sleep these days with a bathroom just for me and the private terrace ideal for my tan. On the top floor, in the attic, there are two bedrooms in one went to Lucia and the other to Sandra and a really pretty bathroom. Everything smells of lavender, wood and cleanliness. The windows overlook the olive trees, and in the evening... it is something that cannot be explained. You only feel the chirping of crickets and the wind in the leaves. No noise, just peace. A silence that enters you, and heals you. Alessandra is happy here, you can see it in her eyes, in her calm gestures, in her serene voice. Next time we have to come together, you and I. I want you to see all this, feel it too. This place steals your heart." This could be the call your guests will make after staying at your fantastic property in Piazza Armerina.
Villa in Bagolino
Bagolino, Brescia
We discovered Bagolino, this town with a funny name, almost by chance, driven by the desire for a peaceful holiday full of authentic beauty. This charming village, nestled in the Brescia mountains, near Lake Idro and the Ponte Caffaro nature reserve, immediately won us over with its breathtaking views, unspoilt nature and the peace that reigns everywhere. It is the ideal destination for those seeking an oasis far from the chaos, but with all the comforts at their fingertips. We rented a villa very close to the lake, in the hamlet of Ponte Caffaro, for two weeks, without imagining that we would fall in love with it to the point of wanting to buy it. It is a practically new property, ready to be lived in, where you immediately feel at home upon entering. Enclosed by a well-tended hedge, it offers a private garden that gives a feeling of exclusivity and serenity. The porphyry patio completely surrounds the villa, creating a perfect convivial area with a barbecue area, relaxation spaces and a beautiful swimming pool where our children spent many happy hours. The interior is simply impeccable. Furnished with modern, minimalist and chic taste, all in elegant shades of white and cream, it conveys freshness and refinement. On the ground floor, we are welcomed by a large, bright kitchen with double access to the patio and swimming pool: perfect for cooking together and then eating outdoors. The spacious living room with light-coloured flooring is the heart of the house, where we shared games, laughter and moments of true relaxation. The four double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, offer maximum comfort and are also ideal for hosting friends or family. The villa also has an independent first floor, a separate apartment with exposed beams, a living area, kitchenette, one double bedroom, one bedroom with three beds and a bathroom. This area proved perfect for the grandparents, who were able to enjoy their privacy while remaining close by. We didn't think we would find such a special place, or such a perfect home. But now that we have experienced it, we don't want to leave. This villa, just a few minutes from Lake Idro, is much more than a holiday home: it is a dream that we want to turn into reality.
House in Francavilla Marittima
Francavilla Marittima, Cosenza
Ssshh... I'm playing hide and seek! I am in a magical house in Francavilla Marittima, a small village among the hills that smell of olive trees and salty winds. Here the houses smell of ancient times. My favorite? The stone one, all renovated but with the soul of a fairytale house. Within a worn stone staircase, each step tells stories of those who climbed it before me. When I get up, I'm in a built-in kitchen that tastes like tomatoes in the sun and wood in the oven. There’s a niche in the wall, closed by a wooden door: I’m sure it’s hiding treasure...maybe ancient letters, maybe forgotten candy, as soon as I walk back I need to check it but now I need to hide...oooh where I go...over there in the living room. Above all exposed beams and a large stone fireplace that looks like the portal to an underground world. From the French window you exit onto a tiny balcony but full of sky. From there I see the roofs with tiles and the profile of the mountains in the distance. Strong breath: smells of resin and adventure. Then off you go, down the ladder! I go down to the ground floor. The floor is warm and rough terracotta under the bare feet. The walls are made of stone, cold as a river in shadow. Here there is a relaxation room with a second fireplace, lower and more welcoming. This is sure to be Santa's favourite, I might hide in there, but there'll be soot And then... my favourite niche: round, deep, perfect for disappearing but for me it's small, I'm leaving Poldo here my beloved stuffed animal, so I'll have an excuse to come back. I open a door, an all orange bath – it looks like a fox's den! It’s small, no window, but with a singing shower, here I decided, I’ll hide here...and wait. I hear Andrea walking around this living room and not thinking of looking in the bathroom. So, while he goes up the stairs I follow him without being seen, he looks for me in the living room, in the kitchen and in the bathroom and then he goes up again, and I go back. I take the wooden staircase upstairs. I like it, it's smooth in contact with my feet, I hope it doesn't creak and reveal my plan. At the top there is a terrace: I only see roofs, bent antennas and a few cats sleeping in the sun. I feel like I'm flying. The sleeping area is a marvel: the bathroom has two sinks and a built-in tub, large enough for a paper galleon to navigate! The ceiling is very high, with beams like the ribs of a good dinosaur. The light enters through a large velux, and in the morning it wakes you up with the sun in your face. There are two rooms: one is small and full of hiding places under the bed and behind the door. The other, the marriage, is huge! It has a balcony with a double exit, and a mezzanine that leads to a kind of secret room: I call it the pirate's hideout, but the adults say it's a walk-in closet. There’s another niche in the room, with an old window and door... I like to think that it opens at night and lets out stories. Three niches, three secret worlds. This house is full of magic, silences, creaks and places to hide. But ...Andrea saw me, now stop talking...it’s my turn to count! One... two... three...I'm coming!
Apartment in Ischia
Ischia, Trentino-Alto Adige
It's a hot August day, and the sun is already shining high over Trento when I hop on my bike. The morning air is still pleasantly cool, and the city's quiet streets seem to gently lead me toward a little adventure. The final destination is a special house in Ischia, a quiet hamlet of Pergine Valsugana. But first, a regenerating stop is a must: Lake Caldonazzo. Pedaling along the valley is a pure pleasure. Fields flow by on either side, mountains frame the horizon, and the thought of immersing myself in the cool waters of the lake makes me forget all my fatigue. Arriving in Caldonazzo, I can't resist: I leave my bike in the shade of a tree and dive in. The water is clear, cool, invigorating. A moment of absolute peace. There, floating and gazing at the clear sky, I think about how fortunate those are to live every day surrounded by such beauty. After a swim and a short break, I resume my journey. The road climbs a bit, but the view that opens up as I approach Ischia is worth every effort. And there it is, the house, a small, recently constructed building. What I will see is a splendid apartment occupying the top two floors, spread across two levels, completely open on all four sides, overlooking the landscape with discreet elegance. From every window, you can admire something different: the blue of the lake, the green of the picturesque village, the imposing mountains, or the meadows surrounding the area. The apartment's interior is still unfinished, and that's precisely its charm: it offers the freedom to choose every detail, to shape a space that fully reflects your taste and style. The fully customizable finishes allow you to create a unique atmosphere, modern or traditional, minimalist or warm. The building, composed of just three apartments, is refined and elegant. The stately elevator, the common areas embellished with porphyry slabs, and the attention to architectural details make it an exclusive and welcoming place. All around, the green meadows; above, the deep blue sky. The proximity to Pergine and Trento makes this home the ideal choice for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing the convenience of services. A refuge where you can experience every season to the fullest, in touch with nature and the authentic beauty of Trentino.
House in Massanzago
Massanzago, Padova
That summer afternoon, my grandmother took my hand and we went to visit my aunt, “in the old house, which as you say has 100 eyes”. When we crossed the gate, under the very tall trees, I saw the house: imposing, with honey-colored walls and windows that shone in the sun, it's always like this those windows seem like eyes that look at me lovingly. As the adults sat in the shade, chatting with cups of tea and biscuits, I asked if I could come in. Auntie smiled at me: “Go ahead, but be careful: the house has memory.” The entrance has an atrium that invites you to sit and reflect or see mythological animals in ancient Palladian, my I must explore! Around, the ajar doors invited me to discover rooms one after the other: the living room with the wooden floor, silent and fragrant, a large eat-in kitchen that smelled of soups and Sundays, and a dining room that was now a comfortable room where the aunt who never wants to take the stairs. I found a tavern with dark beams and shelves full of ancient things: from there, a door led to the garage, but for me it was a secret passage. Then I saw the staircase, with the wrought iron parapet, like that of a castle. Climbing it, it felt like climbing towards a different time. The first floor was filled with light and the scent of wood: four huge rooms, all with antique floors, and a second bathroom with light blue tiles and a shell-shaped tap. A fifth door...but there are four rooms, I had always missed it...come on, I'll open it and find another smaller staircase going up again, towards the attic. Up there, under the roof, light entered through the windows overlooking the garden. The antique plank floor creaked under my feet. I sat on the ground, watching the leaves move outside, and thought: “Here I could build my fort !” When I got off, Grandma told me: “So, did you see everything?” And I smiled: “No, everything is yet to be imagined.”
Villa in Dezzo di Scalve
Dezzo di Scalve, Lombardy
I had left the Lombardy plain behind with my faithful Moto Guzzi V7 Special of ’71, the roar of the V-twin making its way through the hairpin bends of the Alta Val Seriana. The fresh air of early autumn caressed my face, and the asphalt that wound through the valleys began to be tinged with the warm colors of the woods. I didn't imagine I was heading towards a real wonder, something unexpected. When I finally entered Val di Scalve, in the province of Bergamo, a breathtaking panorama opened up before me: solemn mountains, a clear sky and the rarefied silence of nature in transformation. The valley, under development, was experiencing a new splendor: 5-star resorts, state-of-the-art ski facilities and prestigious villas were redesigning the identity of the place even if nature still reigned supreme. I stopped in front of an extraordinary villa surrounded by a lush garden. The villa on three floors was built entirely in green and red Verrucano Lombardo stone alternating with skill with fine woods which created an elegant and decisive chromatic play and the characteristic slate roof gave the final touch. The exterior was imposing and fascinating, but it is the interior that was a world unto itself. The living area, distributed over three distinct rooms, was designed to experience every nuance of free time, wrapped in elegant Venetian stucco walls still made with the ancient method: a TV area, one dedicated to silence overlooking the valley and one where you can chat in front to the fire of an authentic fireplace, one of the 7 of the villa, which crackles welcomingly. An original Thun tiled stove, of rare beauty, accompanied the passage to the dining room, refined and bright with walnut wainscoting that gave a unique touch to the environment. The separate kitchen, equipped with every comfort, featured an intimate corner for family meals, and the attention to every detail was as evident as the hand-painted tiles depicting playing cards. From the French window you entered the garden, where under a large portico supported by sculpted wooden columns there was a real outdoor kitchen with a barbecue area, pizza oven and a magnificent cedar wood table. On the upper floor, the sleeping area was a masterpiece: all the rooms developed around the gallery overlooking the living room below. On one side the master room, an alcove richly finished with the romantic fireplace and the private bathroom also with its fireplace and on the other the two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each different from the other. The green one with a very rich hand-woven upholstery and custom-made wardrobes, the brown one with the fireplace and the splendid bay window and its panorama, the children's room with the mezzanine above in the attic. Curtains and bedspreads strictly personalized with particular designs and colours, always hand-woven by a master weaver. Each room was something different with fine parquet floors of various essences, marble inlays and coverings, elegant tapestries, every detail had its own history and its own reason. I sat on one of the two lilac armchairs placed on the gallery where a small sitting area had been created. From the two windows overlooking a romantic circular balcony, sunlight filtered through and illuminated the fireplace. I stood there for a few minutes enjoying everything I had seen. But it wasn't over yet. I went down to the ground floor, a place that would be the envy of a 5-star hotel, a heated environment overlooking the greenery of the garden with swimming pool, gym, sauna, bathroom, all enriched by splendid wall paintings that accompany the porphyry mosaic floor, under a shining “starry sky”. A final door led me into the basement, an immense garage, perfect for housing vintage cars and motorbikes. This villa was not just a home. It was a place that enchants, a rare opportunity, a perfectly crafted and preserved pearl, ready to shine again.
Villa in Thiene
Thiene, Vicenza
Little Giulia held her dad's hand tightly, as if to ask for reassurance against the emotion growing inside her. Beyond the gate of Via San Francesco, in Thiene, there was not just one house. There was a world. She had read Snow White's story so many times that she could smell the apples and the rustle of the dwarves' clothes in the leaves. And now, there she was, her heart pounding in her chest, almost expecting to see one of the dwarves appear from a bush. The villa appeared in front of her like a castle of modern fairy tales, and behind her, majestic and solemn, the Cathedral of Thiene stood out against the sky. It seemed to Giulia like a magical mountain, a gentle giant made of stone who watched over the secret garden. With a small snap, he left his father's hand and climbed the access staircase, his light steps on the stone. The balcony that ran down one side of the house instantly became her patrol walk, from which a princess could peer into the horizon of her kingdom. Beyond the large door of dark, massive and ancient wood, the wait dissolved into silent amazement. He found himself in a very long corridor, so bright that it seemed to be crossed by its own sun. The light danced on the floor and illuminated, at the end, the elegant curve of a large staircase. But that wasn't the one that stole her gaze. On the wall, a huge mirror with a sculpted and ancient frame captured every reflection. "Look, Dad!" he whispered, his voice a mixture of reverence and excitement. "It's like the Queen's! The one speaking!". He approached slowly, almost on tiptoe. In the sparkle of the glass, her image smiled at her, but for a moment, a distorted reflection showed her not only her parents behind her, but the rooms that opened like doors onto parallel worlds: the living room, large and airy, a theater of light; the living room, welcoming, with its large window which was a living picture of the garden. But it was by walking through the dining room door that his breathing stopped. A large wooden table, solid and majestic, towered in the center. "All seven dwarfs can fit here!" she exclaimed, turning around with open arms. And there, a French window invited her towards a small terrace and a staircase that went straight down into the garden, her personal Enchanted Forest. The kitchen was a triumph of light and modernity, with its central peninsula. He reminded Giulia of the witch's, yes, but in a good version, where the poisoned apples became fragrant apple pies and the magic potions were juicy smoothies. Then it was time for the climb. The marble staircase wrapped around itself, mysterious. "Get to the towers!" he announced decisively, placing his hand on the polished and cold brass handrail. They climbed. Above, the kingdom of rest and dreams opened wide. Immediately, on the left, such a spacious walk-in closet made her eyes widen: "Here all the Queen's ball gowns fit!", she thought, imagining sumptuous dresses hanging in a row. "This is the Princess's room," he later declared, entering the large, light-filled master bedroom, with its private bathroom all to itself. The other rooms were for guests, for dwarves, for anyone who needed a safe haven where stories could be born. But the magic wasn't over. The descent into the underground tavern was the last, surprising chapter. Not a dark place, but a warm lounge divided into three rooms, perfect for large parties or intimate gatherings, which opened directly onto a patio, another stage for adventures. In the end, he no longer held back the impulse. He ran into the garden, a green lung of almost 900 square meters in the heart of Thiene. The trees whispered stories to the wind. He turned to look at the house, every window a winking eye, every door an invitation. It was no longer just a house for sale. It was the place where fairy tales stopped being books and became life. And maybe, just maybe, the magic mirror was already looking for the new owners, wondering, "Who is the bravest of all, to start this new story?".
Villa in Saitta
Saitta, Sicily
There is a place, in the hills of Modica, where time has stopped. Not in the sense that nothing happens, on the contrary. But there, the days pass slowly, to the rhythm of light, wind and silences full of life. The villa cannot be seen immediately. You have to travel along a small road that climbs between dry stone walls and rows of olive trees. Then, suddenly, it opens before your eyes like a postcard, framed by fruit trees, centuries-old carob trees and the sweet scent of the sun-kissed earth. It is a welcoming home. It comes to meet you with the warmth of ancient stone, restored with respect, and that sense of peace that only certain places can give. She's not ostentatious, she's not pretentious: she's authentic. True as a happy memory. Inside, the fireplace waits for someone to light the fire. In the large built-in kitchen you can still hear the echo of voices, of kneading hands, of the slow-cooking wood-fired oven. Everything smells of family, of slow Sundays, of generously poured wine. In the outdoor kitchen created from an attached building, the air tastes like embers and wood. There we laugh, we listen to stories, we toast to summer and life that flows. And when evening falls, with cicadas playing in the background, just look up to understand that you are in the right place. Under the covered veranda, where time really seems to expand, you have lunch in the shade during the hottest hours, you read a book suspended between light and silence, you chat until late with the breeze caressing your skin. It is one of those places where even waiting tastes sweet. Two large rooms with bathroom with independent entrance seem designed for those who arrive and no longer want to leave. Or for those who, every now and then, need their own corner. And then there is the garden. It's not just any garden: it's a small oasis. Every tree, every plant tells something. And if you stop in silence, you can hear the sound of water flowing, down there, from the old well brought back to life, quenching the earth's thirst and guarding the memory of the past time. This villa cannot be visited. You live. And when you leave – if you leave – you realize that something is left with you. A smell, an image, a sensation. Like a promise of return.
House in Siderno
Siderno, Reggio Calabria
I'd been on vacation in Calabria for a few days, with no particular plans. I'd chosen a quiet spot on the Ionian coast to slow down, read, and breathe. One afternoon, as the sun slowly set behind the hills, I found myself strolling through the center of a small village near the beach. I don't even remember the name. But I remember that antique shop well. The window display was a fascinating chaos of forgotten objects, and in the center, in a small box of faded blue velvet, there it was: a coral necklace, a warm, vivid red, like certain sunrises over the sea. I entered almost without realizing it. The owner, a kind older man, told me that the necklace belonged to a young woman who lived in Siderno many years ago. He couldn't tell me much more, but something about that object had already captivated me. I bought it. Later, at the hotel, as I opened the box, I found a letter hidden under the velvet. It was fragile and yellowed, written in an elegant hand. A man declared his love to a girl who lived in a villa in Siderno, describing a magical place: a fragrant citrus grove, a small balcony overlooking the silence, and a voice singing, thinking it wasn't being heard. Those words struck me so deeply that I impulsively decided to go to Siderno. The town wasn't far; in fact, its location immediately captivated me. It was very close to the sea, but a few streets away was enough to find yourself immersed in a green, hilly landscape. A perfect balance between coast and tranquility. Walking through the streets of the historic center, I noticed a palm-lined avenue. I stopped. At the end of the avenue, an ancient iron gate opened onto a three-story villa. Each story was different: one simple and austere, another ornate, and the top... elegant, with a small flower-filled balcony. “Each one is different, like you sisters, and the last one bears your grace and looks out alone, like me, to listen to your melodious voice.” Those words were in the letter. I had no doubt: that was the house. A man was pruning the garden. A gardener. I approached, and he saw my curiosity and invited me in. As we walked among the abandoned citrus trees and overgrown paths, he told me the history of the villa. It had belonged to a noble family, then stood empty for decades. Now it was for sale. “It needs a lot of work,” he told me. “But the structure is solid, and the potential… is immense, and what’s more, the land is buildable.” He was right. The rooms, though dusty, retained original details: terrazzo floors, frescoed ceilings, wrought-iron railings. The garden was a forgotten treasure, with centuries-old trees and the scent of the sea just steps away, and those two semi-ruined buildings behind the villa—so many things could be done. I immediately thought of the possibilities: a boutique hotel, luxury apartments, a sprawling resort, a place for creative retreats or weddings surrounded by greenery, with the beach less than a five-minute walk away. Siderno is strategic: convenient transport links, growing tourism, a mild climate year-round. As I climbed to the third floor, I reached the small balcony. I stopped. The wind barely moved the dusty curtains. I looked at the horizon and closed my eyes. I could almost hear that voice, faint, singing a forgotten melody. Perhaps it wasn't a coincidence that that necklace had come to me. And perhaps this vacation wasn't just meant to relax me...
House in Ponte Presale
Ponte Presale, Tuscany
My journey to Ponte Presale, a natural crossroads between Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, and Marche, began with a few stops that are worth visiting in their own right. First, a stop at Passo delle Radici, with its breathtaking view of the valleys, then a relaxing walk on the shores of Lake Pontecosi, immersed in the silence of Garfagnana. A little further on, San Pellegrino in Alpe offered me a breathtaking view and an atmosphere of times gone by. When you arrive in Ponte Presale, you immediately realize that you are at an important crossroads between regions and cultures. Right along the main road, easily accessible and clearly visible, is an interesting property with great potential, ideal for those who dream of combining home and work in one place. The living area is already ready: a completely renovated and furnished apartment located above the restaurant, with two bedrooms and a large panoramic terrace overlooking the Apennine mountains. All you need to do is move in with your suitcases: the house is there, cozy and well-kept. The rest of the structure, on the other hand, requires some initial refurbishment—painting, minor updates to the systems, and new furnishings—but the foundation is solid. The restaurant, with two separate rooms (one small and private, the other larger for events and groups), is functional, although it needs updating. It is a classic example of a business that, with a few initial touches, can be brought back to life immediately and then grow over time. Next door, the accommodation facility with eight rooms with private bathrooms and a spacious terrace is just waiting for a new lease of life. The adjoining shop could also become a point of sale for local products or a small multi-purpose space. The location is strategic: a must for those crossing the Apennines between three regions, a perfect destination for hiking, motorcyclists, nature lovers, and foodies. A rare opportunity to live in an authentic setting, work for yourself, and shape a personal project with great growth potential.
House in Chizzola
Chizzola, Trentino-Alto Adige
As soon as you walk through the gate, you have the feeling of having arrived in a special place. The garden, cared for with love, welcomes with its colors and scents: the soft grass under the steps, some late flowers that still resist autumn, and the silence broken only by the wind that slowly moves the branches. On the left, a covered patio invites you to imagine slow breakfasts in summer, family lunches, afternoons lying between a book and birdsong. The light envelops everything with a kindness that already makes you feel at home, in environments designed to be experienced as a single home, but so versatile as to leave room for different interpretations of living. A door opens and you enter the tavern: a warm, lived-in environment, with its large spaces, perfect for hosting, celebrating and sharing. Here you can smell the scent of conviviality, of time passing slower, of stories that come to life between laughter and a glass of wine. The services and the storage room complete this first floor of the house. Going up to the first floor, the light becomes the protagonist. The large and welcoming kitchen, dominated by a modern fireplace that furnishes and heats. There is a large terrace, which invites you to go out, to breathe the clean air, to look at the mountains in the distance. A small side balcony offers a more intimate, almost secret glimpse. The living room is a hug: bright, with a pellet stove that exudes a familiar warmth. Here too, a terrace offers light and breath. Further on, a single, quiet, peaceful room, perfect for retreating. And then a functional service bathroom and a large bathroom with window and bathtub: an invitation to take care of yourself, to stop, to listen. A staircase leads to the attic, where the wood becomes poetry. The three rooms are large, bright, each with its own balcony, truly large refuges where you can cultivate your passions. And finally, a modern, discreet, elegant bathroom, to complete this floor which smells of dreams, rest and silence. Outside, Ala di Trento embraces with its authentic atmosphere: between the charm of historic buildings, the proximity to the ski slopes, the paths of Monte Baldo, Lake Garda, cities like Rovereto and Verona, there is always something to discover. But inside this house... everything is already there. Every corner whispers calmly, every space welcomes. It's a house that lets itself be lived, slowly. It's a house waiting for you...come and meet her I'm sure you'll be fascinated.
