It is possible for you to create and design your own villa, make rooms or windows larger adding bathrooms, utility rooms , double patio doors, under floor heating etc. The build time is approximately 12-14 months, this allows time for the design of the villa, obtaining the necessary building licences from the local council and the build itself. You will not be expected to pay anything until you have chosen the plot and design of the villa and all has been agreed with a specifications list. Once the design has been agreed the architect will proceed to the project which is then presented to the local council for approval and subsequently issue the building licence.
