There are no uncomfortable sofa beds in this villa. The El Galan extraordinary villa has a private swimming pool with wide walk-in steps at one end and reaching 6ft depth at the other. The pool can be accessed either by steps down from the middle level of the property or by steps down from one of the garden gates. There are plenty of recliners, tables and chairs within the garden area and a variety of palm and fruit trees. There is also a brick-built barbecue with a seating area which overlooks the swimming pool. As well as on-street parking, the house has a private driveway. The big solarium offers sea views and La Manga views. A few minutes away is the famous Villamartin Plaza with over 30 bars and restaurants where you can also find ten-pin bowling, pharmacy, banks and mini-market. From here, buses also run every hour to the beaches and to Torrevieja. The region offers things to do for all ages and interests. Torrevieja is just a 20 minute drive away with its fabulous Marina, beaches and restaurants. To the North Benidorm is only 75 minutes away where there is a great choice of theme parks, and Alicante is 50 minutes away. To the South lies Cartagena (35 minute drive) which is steeped in history while the vibrant town of Murcia is located 40 minutes to the East. Our villa is perfect for golfers also due to its size and the fact that it is surrounded by a choice of top quality courses. There is a choice of blue flag beaches within just a few miles like Campoamor beaches, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca etc.
