The house is built on a 400m2 plot, has a constructed area of 270m2, that is divided into five bedrooms (four of them double and one is being used as an office), two bathrooms (with a bathtub), a toilet, a large fully equipped independent kitchen, a living/dining room with fireplace, a storage room, a laundry area, several terraces, a wine cellar, a barbecue area, a garage, parking for one vehicle and a huge garden in excellent condition with a swimming pool. Before entering through the main door of the house we have on the right side an exterior door with access stairs to the lower part of the property.
