Cheap to run and no community fee.~ ~ The little resort (22 villas) is located in a relatively new area on the outskirts of Los Alcazares. However, there are both restaurants and shopping within walking distance. They both have terraces, one is 6 m2 and the larger one is 19 m2 and comes with a small sail to give some shade on a part of the terrace.~ ~ There is also a garage which has both a window and a door which gives access from the back of the house. The terrasse area at the back of the house also have an outdoor kitchen (wash basin) and pre-installation for a washing machine.~ ~ The building is located, as mentioned, on the outskirts of Los Alcazares, It is only 15 min walk to Old Town Los Alcazares with it restaurants, bars, beaches and lovely 5-6 km long boardwalk to the other end of the town. Los Alcazares has a 7 km of beaches.~ ~ As the town is still very much Spanish there is an absolutely fantastic atmosphere - an evening walk on the promenade is highly recommended. There is a fantastic view of the Mar Menor to La Manga. Can foreigners buy property in Spain?
