Nobles Anwesen - Aci Reale This 1000 m2 estate in the absolute centre of Aci Reale was bought 20 years ago by a wealthy German and completely restored over eight years of painstaking and elaborate work. The buildings are built around a very beautiful inner courtyard, which also houses a swimming pool, which is currently covered by a wooden platform and a conservatory. The entire property has 30 rooms and 15 bathrooms alone. Everything is more than luxurious, from the bathrooms to the ornate ceilings and marble floors. Villa Renata - Pachino This newly renovated villa is located in the municipality of Pachino and is ready to move into. Surroundings It is located in Contrada Chiappa (province of Syracuse), about 30 km from the beautiful Noto, 60 km from the centre of Syracuse and about 75 minutes from Catania airport. The property is less than 7 km from the centre of Pachino, where the main shops are located. The nearest towns are Ispica and Rosolini, where there is a large DIY store and a Lidl supermarket. Pachino also includes the almost fashionable Marzamemi, once a large tonnara, where today there are numerous restaurants and a promenade that is free of traffic in summer. Noto, Avola, Porto Palo del Capo Passero, Siracusa, Modica, Ragusa, Pozzallo and Scicli are all less than an hour's drive away.
