It has the planning permission (allowance) for a house or houses of up to 240 m2 on one or two floors, plus basement, leaving enough space for swimming pool(s), terraces, pergolas, parking, garden, etc. It has good asphalt road access and all services (electricity, water supply, telephone and internet) are available nearby and easy to connect once a building license has been obtained. In walking distance to the center of the village of Kroustas where several taverns, cafes and a small shop for basic needs can be found. The larger village of Kritsa which offers more amenities is about a 9-minute drive from the plot.
