*Prize Draw Eligibility and qualifying criteria
To qualify for entry into the prize draw, you must:
- be aged 18 or over;
- register for the Your Overseas Home Live Virtual Event taking place on 7 November 2026;
- attend the live Virtual Event on 7 November 2026;
- complete the required property-interest questions when registering or before the close of the promotion; and
- at the time of entry, genuinely be considering the purchase of a residential property overseas within the next 24 months.
As part of the qualification process, entrants may be asked to provide information including their intended destination, expected purchase timeframe and the purpose of their proposed overseas property purchase.
Entries from individuals who indicate that they are not considering an overseas property purchase within the qualifying period, or who do not complete the required qualifying questions, will not be entered into the prize draw.
The qualifying criteria are used solely to establish eligibility for the prize draw. Meeting one qualifying criterion to a greater degree than another entrant, including having a shorter purchase timeframe or a higher anticipated property budget, will not increase an entrant’s chance of winning.
Winner selection
Following the closing date, all entrants who satisfy the eligibility and qualifying requirements will form the eligible entry pool.
One winner will then be selected at random from the eligible entry pool using a verifiably random computer process.
The Promoter will not select the winner based on anticipated property value, commercial value to the Promoter, likelihood of using a particular service or any other undisclosed criterion.
