At the other end of the pool area is the entrance to the detached apartment, it can also be accessed from the entrance level where you park your car. The apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom, a large living room with fireplace, and kitchen and dining area.

At the entrance to the apartment, you also have a large covered terrace. We go up to the entrance level and make our way to the studio apartment with a toilet, here it is also possible to add a shower and provide space for cooking facilities. When living here, a car is a must. It takes 10 minutes to Almuñécar centre in one direction and 10 minutes in the other direction to Salobreña, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

Malaga airport is an hour away by car, but there is also a regular bus service from Almuñécar. There is an 18-hole golf course in Salobreña, less than 15 minutes' drive from the house. In winter you have just an hour and a half's drive to Granada with skiing in the Sierra Nevada, the best of both worlds.
