The prize draw is organised by Your Overseas Home (Overseas Guides Company Limited), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No 05586029), with its registered office at 9th Floor 1 Lyric Square, London, Greater London, England, W6 0NB.
Eligibility – The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 or over. Employees of Your Overseas Home, Smart Currency Exchange, or their immediate families, agents and partners of Your Overseas Home or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
How to enter – To take part, you must register for a free ticket to the March 2026 Your Overseas Home Virtual Property Show and log in to the event platform at least once on the event day. Each registered attendee who logs in on the day counts as one entry. No purchase is necessary. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, spam or inappropriate will not be accepted.
Opening and closing dates – Entries open when registration for the March 2026 Virtual Property Show is launched and close at 8pm (UK time) on Thursday 19 March 2026. Entries received after this time may not be counted.
The prize – One winner will receive a £250 voucher, which may be issued as an Amazon voucher, an Uber voucher or a Flight Voucher (subject to availability). If you live outside the UK, you may receive the same voucher value in euros or US dollars. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Winner selection and notification – One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries 30 days after the event on the 21st March 2026. The winner will then be contacted by email within seven days of the draw. If there is no response within seven days, another winner may be selected. The promoter’s decision is final.
Publicity – By entering, you agree that Your Overseas Home may use your first name and town or country of residence in post‑draw announcements (for example, “Sarah from Bristol”). No further personal details will be shared without your consent.
Data protection – Your information will be used only for administering the prize draw, in line with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with anyone else except as needed to fulfil the prize.
